2007 Update

WP2 needs the front end worked on. WP3 needs a motivation. Past honours work (WP4?) needs results to be done. I have not worked out what the 2007 theme will be or what to do beyond WP4. It is a bit troubling but I think I should tidy up all the papers first before bothering.
