End is near, two papers still need fixing

WP2 will need to be submitted, if it fails I will need to do a lot of editing before I resubmit. In the mean time I should work on WP4 more. WP1 I believe will pass. Should start writing of PhD thesis in acceptable format. May work on other papers.
