WP3 in editing process, WP2 restructuring

WP3 is finally in the process of finishing up. I hope to offload it so I can do more interesting things and move on. WP2 has received lots of comments which I have worked out a strategy to incorporate so should be able to finish soon. WP4's idea has been slated and will be in progress. VP1 has an idea which can be done quickly if in desperation. Looking forward WP5 hopefully will take off if I can get my hands on the data (hopefully finish WP4 then just in time to move on to it). WP6 is unconfirmed.
